We do everything we can to take care of our customers. If there is anything wrong with your order or with your parts, please let us know. Please also understand that by making your purchase, you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: By making your purchase, you are agreeing to purchase postage from USPS or Fed Ex, which is a third party shipping company separate from Spears Enterprises LLC. Our handling time is 1-2 business days, and the shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected. Spears Enterprises LLC is not responsible for USPS/Fed Ex delays or errors. Once the item is shipped and the tracking information has been provided, please contact USPS/Fed Ex if any issues arise with the delivery of your package. If a wrong address is provided by the customer, we will only grant a refund once the package is returned to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Spears Enterprises LLC does not guarantee delivery time frames. If a delivery is made outside of the estimated time frame, or the tracking information shows delivered but you cannot find the item on your property, you must contact USPS/Fed Ex for further information. No refund will be given for USPS delays or lost items. It is your responsibility to check the legality of these parts in your state. Please check your local DOT laws before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or import fees. By placing your order you are accepting the risks associated with an international purchase. USPS delivery times are estimations only. DELAYS MAY OCCUR. This is not something we can predict or control. It is your responsibility, and your responsibility only, to look into possible causes of delays once the item is in transit to you. We will not refund shipping costs due to transit delays. Please note that all charges are in US Dollars. We will only ship to certain countries via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail International. We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. We will not mark as “gift.”
NOTE: ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE DESIGNED FOR U.S. SPORT BIKES. ALTHOUGH MOST OF OUR PARTS WORK INTERNATIONALLY, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THESE PARTS WILL WORK WITH YOUR BIKE AND COMPLY WITH LOCAL LAWS

FRAUD SCREENING: We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days however, Spears Enterprises LLC reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if fraudulent payment activity is suspected. Any shipment delays resulting from a hold is not grounds for shipping refunds, additional return time, or any other credits or exceptions. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
By customer request: Orders can be cancelled by customers so long as they have not been shipped. You must send a cancellation request to Spearsracing1@gmail.com or call our office before your order ships.

We reserve the right to refuse service (including the cancellation of an order) to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Refunds to an original payment method will be applied where applicable.
We will cancel orders that are intended to be delivered to a shipment forwarding company, as well as hotels, motels, and other temporary locations. A full refund to the original payment method will be provided in this event.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We will accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please check that your order is complete and all items are working properly within 30 days. There will be no returns, missing item replacements outside of this 30 day window. Please call or Email us with any returns to make us aware of the issue(s)Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number may be rejected. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging including any hardware and instruction sheets. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and there may be a restocking fee on certain items to cover the costs associated with processing the return. An item returned with an RMA#, in a perfectly new, unopened condition, and that complies with our other return policies, will not be charged a restocking fee. Typical returns with items that have been opened, installed without damage, but returned nonetheless may incur a small restocking fee (typically around 10% of the item’s value). A higher restocking fee may apply if the item is returned without an RMA#, is damaged in any way, or if any pieces are missing. If your return falls under any of these conditions where a restocking fee is valid, do not expect it to be waived under any circumstances. If a wrong item is received, we will rectify the situation at no cost to you.Please allow 3-5 days to receive your refund after your return is received. Following items may not be returned: Dyno Jet Powercommanders,any Electrical Iemts that havebeen installed.
Your refund will be based on the amount you paid for the returned item.
If a discount was applied to your original order, this will be taken into account.
If you paid for shipping on your original order, this expense will not be refunded to you.
A restocking fee will be applied to your refund amount if one applies to your return.
Special considerations for exhaust returns: Exhausts that are returned in brand new condition, with all original packaging material from the manufacturer, may be eligible for a no-restocking-fee refund. Any returned exhaust system that shows signs of being installed/mounted, used, or damaged in any way may incur a restocking fee of 30% or higher (based on the severity of use/damage at the sole discretion of Spears Enterprises LLC).
WARRANTY: Spears Enterprises LLC warranties all of its items against manufacturer defects up to 1 year after the date of purchase. Please contact us and we will issue a RMA# . Once the part is returned to us, it will be tested and either repaired or replaced. If the issue is caused by installation error or product modification (over tightening, severed wires, cut plugs, etc.), we will do our best to repair the item for you, but replacements will only be issued if a manufacturer defect is detected. You will be responsible for sending the item to us and we will ship it back to you. For products made by another manufacturer, Spears Enterprises LLC does not express or imply any coverage beyond the manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any.
COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS: Coupon codes must be entered into the coupon code field at the time of checkout with the exception of our return customer code, which is entered into the notes field along with your previous order number. U.S. Military discounts are available but you must contact us with your order number before your order ships. Please email us either a copy of your military ID or you can email your order number from your military email address and we will issue a 10% refund. You can send these requests to Spearsracing1@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, NO DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED. Special discounts including holiday sales and free shipping promotions, cannot be applied retroactively. Please note there are NO retroactive discounts on special bundles. The discount is only received when the bundle is purchased as a whole. Discounts cannot be combined. If a coupon code is entered in for an item where we explicitly state that no discounts or coupons can be used, your order will be cancelled.
PRODUCT LEGALITY FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY USE: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a particular product’s listing, products developed under the Spears Enterprises LLC/Spears Racing brand are not legally certified for public roadway use and should be used in off-road conditions. They do not have DOT certification, nor any other certificates for public roadway use (in the USA and internationally). Certain products may not comply with emission regulations and other laws beyond signalling, safety, visibility, etc. Spears Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any damages, tickets, or actions taken against you through the use of these products on regulated roadways. Products developed by other brands and sold on our store are not guaranteed for legality by Spears Enterprises LLC. The manufacturers of those products will specify whether or not their products comply with certain laws and regulations.
